WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

My office address is 6871 Belfort Oaks Place Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Telehealth sessions are always available if traveling to and from the office isn’t feasible or if you are located outside of the Jacksonville area. I offer telehealth for anyone in the state of Florida.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. My current rates are $110 per 55 minute individual and couples session. Sliding scale spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Book a free consult with me to learn more!

WHY Don’t YOU accept insurance?

As a registered clinical social work intern in the state of Florida, I am unable to be paneled with any insurance companies without being a part of a group therapy practice that provides supervisory billing. I will be able to begin the process of being paneled with insurance when I become fully licensed in July 2025.

WHAT AGES DO YOU SEE?

I see clients ages 13 and up. All adolescent clients must have parent/guardian permission and signature on all consent forms. Parents/guardians are expected to be an active part of the adolescent’s therapy and must meet with me for the initial intake session and once every four sessions their adolescent participates in. There is no age limit to working with me.
